At FrostAndFoamTanks, we strive to deliver our beverage storage, fermentation, and dispensing containers to your designated location in a secure and reliable manner. We coordinate standard shipping options to ensure that your orders are processed and handled with care to facilitate smooth delivery.
We currently coordinate deliveries exclusively to physical addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not support delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or any offshore United States territories.
Additionally, due to technical routing limitations, carrier verification systems, and difficulties in obtaining secure delivery confirmation signatures, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, or APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and are actively working with our logistics partners to find viable routing and verification solutions to support our military customers in the future.
We provide straightforward shipping fees based on the final checkout value of your order:
All delivery timeframes are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays). Our daily order cutoff time is 3:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business days.
Our delivery timeline is determined by the following formula:
Order Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Transit Time (3-8 business days) = Total Estimated Delivery (4-11 business days)
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number and shipping confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. Please note that tracking details typically require 24-48 hours to become active in the carrier’s tracking system. Depending on item availability, orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate packages, resulting in split deliveries at no additional cost to you.
We encourage all customers to double-check their delivery information before completing checkout. FrostAndFoamTanks cannot be held responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or delivered to incorrect locations due to errors or omissions in the customer-provided address.
If your tracking number indicates that your package has been successfully “Delivered” to your address, but you are unable to locate the shipment, please check around your property or with neighbors first. If the package remains missing, you must contact the respective carrier directly to file a formal investigation or missing package claim, as we cannot initiate claims for items marked as successfully delivered.
If your package arrives with visible physical damage sustained during transit, please take clear photos of the damaged outer packaging and the affected product immediately. You must report the damage to our customer support team at Info@frostandfoamtanks.com within 48 hours of delivery, attaching the photos, so we can assist in coordinating a replacement or solution with the carrier.
