Proper maintenance and sanitary practices should be followed before and after use. FrostAndFoamTanks shall not be liable for any damage or injury resulting from improper use, pressure mismanagement in kegs, lack of periodic cleaning, or failure to keep dispensing equipment secured away from children or pets.

Errors, Shipping & External Delays

While we endeavor to keep all product listings, stock levels, and prices accurate, inadvertent typographical errors or inventory discrepancies may occur. FrostAndFoamTanks reserves the right to correct any such pricing or availability errors and to cancel or refuse any orders placed at an incorrect price, providing a full refund.

Additionally, delivery times are estimates provided by third-party carriers. FrostAndFoamTanks shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control, including severe weather conditions, customs bottlenecks, carrier service disruptions, labor strikes, or incorrect address submissions provided by the customer at checkout.
