This Return and Refund Policy is designed to guide you through the process in a clear and helpful manner, ensuring a transparent and fair experience for all our customers.
We provide a 30 business days return window starting from the day your delivery is successfully completed.
To be eligible for a return, your items should be in resale condition, with their original packaging and all components intact. We welcome you to open the box and gently experience the item to ensure it meets your expectations. The returned product should remain free from deep wear or permanent damage.
Please note that natural variations, such as subtle light-induced color variations, organic wooden grain patterns in oak barrels, or minor size deviations in product dimensions, are normal characteristics of these products. These characteristics will never be used as a reason to prevent a return; if you are unsatisfied with these natural features, you are fully welcome to return the item under our standard, friendly return policy.
Before shipping your return, you must contact our customer support team at Info@frostandfoamtanks.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and obtain the correct return shipping address. If you return items without a prior RMA, it may prolong the processing of your request. Please be sure to coordinate with us beforehand so we can guide you smoothly through the process.
The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for your return:
We do not charge any restocking fees. All eligible returns qualify for a $0.00 Restocking Fee.
Once your return is received at our returns address, our team will review the returned items. The review is typically processed within 1-3 business days of arrival.
Once the review is completed and the return is processed, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method. The refund credit will usually appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on the processing times of your bank or financial institution.
You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at Info@frostandfoamtanks.com. Once an order has entered our shipping process, we are unable to cancel it, but you are welcome to return it under our standard return terms after delivery.
